What we collect
When you contact us or request a conversation, we collect the details you submit, typically your name, work email, company, role, and anything you tell us about your needs. When you take the AI Readiness assessment, we record your answers, your chosen field, any optional note, and, if you provide it, your email. With your permission, the assessment may also record approximate location to tailor recommendations. We do not sell your data.
How we use it
We use what you share to respond to you, to prepare and email your readiness report, to improve the assessment, and to follow up about working together. We contact you only about the request you made or a clearly related next step.
Where it lives
Submissions are stored in our own systems and processed by the service providers we use to run the site and send email. We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have given us at any time, and you can opt out of further contact. To make a request, email hello@onintegral.ai.
